- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items

- Underwear and swimwear
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Custom or personalised orders
How to Return

Reach out via WhatsApp, Line, or Viber with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Approval
We will review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours subject to stock availability. Contact us to check availability before initiating a return for exchange. If the desired item is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
